Manheim, Pennsylvania – The National Wrestling Coaches Association released its second Mid-Major Top 20 of the season on Wednesday.

Cornell University received all six first place for votes after defeating Princeton 34-7. With the win over Princeton, Cornell secured its 17th straight Ivy League Championship. Despite the loss, Princeton remained in the third spot in a tie with Northern Iowa.  Wyoming remained second, while The Mountain Hawks of Lehigh rounded out the top five teams.

Moving into the top ten for the second poll was Navy at No. 8  and North Dakota State at No. 10.

The EIWA led all conferences with six teams ranked in the top 20 including three in the top five and five in the top 10.  Lock Haven, which won the PSAC Championship, is the only non-Big 12 or EIWA Conference team in the top 10 securing a spot at No. 6.

The final Mid-Major poll will be released on February 27.
