We raided USA Wrestling's video archives for this freestyle technique video by World champion and Olympic silver medalist Zeke Jones, who was USA Wrestling's National Freestyle Coach at the time.
Jones is a Distinguished Member of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame. He was regarded one of the top freestyle technicians of his day as an athlete, and continued to advance his knowledge when coaching our nation's elite men's freestyle athletes and teams. Jones is currently the head coach at Arizona State University, his alma mater.
