Thomas Gilman stopped by USA Wrestling headquarters, to talk about his past year, which was capped off with a World silver medal at 57 kg in Paris, France. Gilman got on a roll after his senior year at Iowa ended, winning a competitive World Team Trials, then powering through his bracket at the World Championships to reach the finals. He also talks about what is ahead, and his training plans for taking the next step and reaching "the ultimate goal."
