Today, USA Wrestling has launched Wrestler For Life, a club which will reengage those that once wrestled or have been impacted by the sport, but have become disconnected from the wrestling community.

This new club is FREE, and will bring people together regularly at a newly launched website:
www.wrestlerforlife.com

This weekend, to coincide with the start of the world’s largest wrestling tournament, the U.S. Marine Corps Junior and Cadet Nationals in Fargo, N.D., over 600,000 people with past involvement in USA Wrestling have been invited to join Wrestler For Life.

“The Wrestler for Life Program has been created to provide a lifelong engagement opportunity to wrestling for anyone that has been impacted by the sport. We want anyone whom has been a part of the sport at some point in their lives. We hope to develop a program that connects the millions of members of the wrestling family,” said Rich Bender, Executive Director of USA Wrestling.

At www.wrestlerforlife.org, club members will be presented with engaging human interest stories, interactive chats with current and former wrestlers via social media, creative memes, power polls, and much more.

One of our keystone efforts is “iWrestled”, where you will be able to leave your legacy and search and connect with former wrestlers, coaches, and even rivals! Share how wrestling impacted your life in “Tell Us Your Story.” If your story is featured we will send you an exclusive “Cauliflower Ear” mug as a token of our appreciation.
