Manheim, Pennsylvania -- Unbeaten Iowa and Minnesota remained steady atop the most recent USA Today/NWCA Division I Wrestling Coaches Poll released on Tuesday.
The Hawkeyes (10-0) and Golden Gophers (10-0) will meet on Friday, January 30 at Williams Arena in Minneapolis with the nation's No. 1 ranking on the line.
The Gophers escaped fifth-ranked Penn State (8-2) over the weekend with a 17-16 win at jam-packed Rec Hall.
TheMat.com will provide a wrap-up story from this battle on Friday night.
Missouri is the highest-ranked team in the country not from the Big Ten. The Tigers moved to a nation-best 17-0 with two weekend victories over No. 7 Oklahoma State and conference foe Northern Illinois. The Tigers will look to add wins 18 and 19 over the weekend when they travel for a pair of Mid-American Conference duals at Buffalo and Eastern Michigan.
Nebraska (7-1) moved into the top 10 with weekend conference victories over then-No. 12 Illinois and then-No. 21 Rutgers. The Huskers make it five Big Ten teams in the top 10.
Stanford (8-2) re-enters the Top 25 after falling out earlier this season. The Cardinal moved into the poll after they picked up a weekend win over Arizona State along with then-No. 25 Rider's losing at North Carolina.
