The University World Team Trials at Palmer High School in Colorado Springs, Colo. has begun on Saturday morning.
Men's freestyle competition began at 9:00 a.m., with Greco-Roman beginning at 10:00 a.m.

This event will set the U.S. teams in men's freestyle and Greco-Roman which will compete in the World University Championships in Kourtane, Finland, October 2-7.
The Championship Series will be held at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time. The winner of the University National Championships at the World Championship weights will sit at the top of the ladder and wrestle a best two out of three final against the winner of this morning's challenge tournament.
Many of the nation's best college wrestlers and recent college graduates are here seeking spots on the U.S. team.
