USA Wrestling has recently released two features from the Training Shorts segment featured on TheMat.TV, the new video portal for USAW-related video.
On Thursday, a subfeature called the Two Minute Go was launched featuring live practice footage of Cael Sanderson wrestling with Keith Gavin.
Friday, an instructional workout with Zeke Jones featured athletes Shawn Bunch and Henry Cejudo. The Training Shorts feature was released last week with the Jordan Burroughs vs. Justin Lester match featured.
The Training Shorts features will highlight workouts, practices and drilling footage from the Olympic Training Center.
