Schoolboy/girl National Duals begin today in Indianapolis, Ind.; Illinois & New Jersey are defending champs

USA Wrestling's popular Schoolboy/girl National Duals begin on Thursday at Warren Central High School in Indianapolis, Ind.
Greco-Roman will be contested on Thursday, and completed on Friday afternoon.
Freestyle begins on Friday, and will continue on Saturday, with finals set for Sunday morning.
Illinois is the defending freestyle champions at the Schoolboy/girl National Duals, defeating Missouri, 40-31 in the finals. New Jersey claimed third with a 37-24 win over Minnesota 1. Fifth place went to Oklahoma 1, which stopped Pennsylvania Red, 40-36. Wisconsin claimed seventh with a 47-29 win over Michigan Red.
New Jersey is the defending Greco-Roman champions at the Schoolboy/girl National Duals, defeating Illinois 40-33 in the finals. Missouri placed third, beating Minnesota 39-30 in the bronze-medal dual. Pennsylvania Red beat Wisconsin, 39-30 to place fifth. Seventh place went to Michigan 1, which stopped Minnesota 2, 42-33.
