U.S. National Men's Freestyle Coach Zeke Jones has developed a "State of Freestyle Wrestling" document he will be releasing to the public soon. To preface this document, Coach Jones is releasing this video explaining the ups and downs during the last year.
In 2009, the U.S. Men's Freestyle team claimed two World medals -- Silver medalist Jake Herbert at 84kg and Bronze medalist Tervel Dlagnev at 120kg.
Coach Jones breaks down a number of factors that will contribute to success in the U.S. Men's Freestyle Program.
