UPDATED: U.S. freestyle lineup set for World Cup in Russia

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The U.S. World Cup Team for freestyle wrestling has been finalized.
Mike Poeta was scheduled to battle Travis Paulson in a Special Wrestle-Off at 74 kg/163 lbs. on Sunday, Feb. 28 at the U.S. Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. But that match has been cancelled.
Poeta, a two-time NCAA runner-up for Illinois, beat 2009 World Team member Trent Paulson 3-0, 5-2 during the World Cup Wrestle-Offs on Jan. 22 at the Olympic Training Center.
Poeta now lands the World Cup spot at 74 kilos.
The remaining members of the U.S. World Cup Team include Sam Hazewinkel at 55 kg/121 lbs., Shawn Bunch at 60 kg/132 lbs., Teyon Ware at 66 kg/145.5 lbs., Jake Herbert at 84 kg/185 lbs., J.D. Bergman at 96 kg/211.5 lbs. and Tervel Dlagnev at 120 kg/264.5 lbs.
U.S. National Coach Zeke Jones said Trent Paulson also will travel to the World Cup and would be available to compete. Trent will wrestle at 74 kilos.
The U.S. is scheduled to compete at the World Cup, a dual-meet event featuring the World's top eight teams, on March 6-7 in Mahachkala, Russia.
