The U.S. Greco-Roman Olympic wrestling team is in San Jose, Calif. going through U.S. Olympic Team processing, in its preparation for leaving to the Beijing Olympic Games.

Processing includes the issue of official Olympic equipment, plus a number of meetings and briefings that all U.S. Olympians go through prior to heading off to compete at the Olympics.

Greco-Roman is the first of the U.S. wrestling teams to go through processing. The team will leave on August 1, to arrive in China on August 2. Practices will begin immediately at Beijing Normal University.

The Greco-Roman competition at the Olympics will be held August 12-14 at the Chinese Agricultural University Gymnasium.

Wrestling photographer Duncan Heath captured the following images of the U.S. team during its processing in San Jose.
