GREENSBORO, N.C. - North Carolina State's Kody Hamrah was selected as the Atlantic Coast Conference Wrestler of the Week after collecting three dual match victories over the weekend in leading the Wolfpack to a 3-0 record.
Hamrah, ranked 20th at 157 pounds, had the biggest win of the weekend for the Wolfpack, taking a 10-2 major decision over 13th-ranked Ryan Hluschak of Drexel. After back-to-back decisions by Drexel to cut the NC State lead to 9-7, the Wolfpack posted consecutive major decisions including Hamrah's performance at 157 pounds to solidify the victory.
