Clarissa Chun named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for Nov. 16-22

Clarissa Chun (Colorado Springs, Colo./Sunkist Kids) has been named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for November 16-22.
Each week, TheMat.com will select an Athlete of the Week, based upon performance within wrestling for that week. The selection committee will consider any level of wrestling, from youth programs through the Senior level.
Chun won the women's freestyle championship at 48 kg/105.5 lbs. at the New York AC International on Sunday in New York City.
Chun, a 2008 World champion, beat 2010 World Team member Alyssa Lampe 8-1, 6-0 in the finals. Lampe beat Chun in the finals of the World Team Trials this past June.
Chun placed fifth in the 2008 Olympic Games and is a three-time U.S. World Team member.
