International Lineups for Team USA, Iran and Mongolia are below.

ARLINGTON, TX – Bout at the Ballpark presented by Kubota, a unique wrestling doubleheader featuring the top teams in both NCAA and international competition, is coming up on Saturday, February 12 at Globe Life Field.

Today Kubota was announced as presenting sponsor for the event. Kubota is the U.S. marketer and distributor of Kubota-engineered and manufactured machinery and equipment.

“Kubota has been a tremendous partner with the Texas Rangers, and I am thrilled to have their support for this epic night of wrestling matchups,” said Sean Decker, President of REV Entertainment. “The announced lineup includes a competitive and elite group of athletes that can’t wait to host at Globe Life Field in less than two weeks.”

Bout at the Ballpark will include dual matches between Oklahoma State University and the University of Iowa, men’s senior national teams from the United States and Iran. In addition to the USA vs. Iran men’s freestyle competition, two of the world’s best women’s freestyle nations will battle when Team USA faces Mongolia, in a six-match dual meet at the Olympic weight classes. There will also be a Greco-Roman match between World medalists on the card.

The full international lineups, which were announced earlier this week, are listed in full below.

In addition to the evening matchup on February 12, Globe Life Field will also host a Youth Takedown Tournament earlier in the day. Kids ages 5-14 are eligible to sign up at //TexasRangers.com/Wrestling.

The Oklahoma State-Iowa collegiate meet, the United States-Iran men's exhibition meet and the United States-Mongolia women's exhibition will take place simultaneously beginning at 6:30 p.m. on February 12 with bouts on two different mats. This will mark the first time a senior-level international meet and a NCAA meet will operate in this format.

Iran is one of the traditional powerhouses in men’s freestyle wrestling, with numerous World and Olympic champions in the sport. The friendly rivalry between the United States and Iran goes back decades. In 1998, a USA Wrestling international men’s freestyle team was the first U.S. sports team to compete in Iran since the Iranian revolution, a period which spanned almost two decades. The last time Iran competed in the United States was in 2016 at the World Cup in Los Angeles.

Teams USA and Iran have been competing in wrestling in both nations on a regular basis ever since. In 2003, Iran came to the United States along with Russia to compete in Grand Central Terminal in New York City, a key act of international friendship which helped wrestling retain its position on the Olympic program. USA vs. Iran wrestling matches traditionally draw large crowds in both nations.

Two of the world’s best women’s freestyle nations will battle when Team USA faces Mongolia, in a six-match dual meet at the Olympic weight classes. Numerous Olympians, World and Olympic medalists and continental champions will be featured in the match.

Tickets for Bout at the Ballpark can be purchased at //texasrangers.com/wrestling. Parking lots will open at 4:00 p.m. with the Globe Life Field Entrances opening at 5:00 p.m. for the 6:30 p.m. start to Bout at the Ballpark.

Bout at the Ballpark will be streamed live by FloSports, the exclusive broadcast partner for the event. To join the action, fans will be able to watch at FloWrestling.org.
