U.S. Olympic Team Trials runner-up Kylie Welker registered to compete in Fargo in Junior Girls division

Kylie Welker of Wisconsin, the high school junior who reached the finals of the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in April, is listed on the Wisconsin roster for the USMC Junior Nationals in Fargo, N.D., which begins late next week.
Welker is currently the No. 2 Pound-For-Pound girls high school wrestler. She won the Challenge Tournament at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials at 76 kg, and was defeated in the best-of-three Championship Series by five-time World champion and two-time Olympian Adeline Gray.
Welker is listed at 164 pounds in the Girls Junior division in Fargo.
She won a bronze medal at 61 kg at the 2019 Cadet World Championships. She did not compete in Fargo that year. Welker won the 2021 World Team Trials at both the UWW Junior and U23 levels.
