Six U.S. leaders among presenters at the UWW World Conference in Zagreb, Croatia, Sept. 17-19

USA Wrestling president Bruce Baumgartner is among six U.S. leaders who are featured speakers during the first edition of UWW’s World Conference, which will be held at the Westin Hotel in Zagreb, Croatia, September 17-19.
Baumgartner is a member of the UWW Bureau, a two-time Olympic champion and four-time Olympic medalist.
On Thursday, September 18, he is featured in a panel discussion on Former Wrestlers Describing their Transition from Competition Wrestling to Other Jobs in Wrestling.
USA Wrestling National Women’s Coach Terry Steiner is featured in two panel discussion on Friday, September 19. The first is a panel discussion on Understanding the Rules and Implications on Coaching. The second is a panel discussion on How to Support and Train Women Wrestlers.
Jesse Leng, CEO of RUDIS and Nancy Schultz, Partner and Global Wrestling Ambassador of RUDIS are featured on Wednesday, September 17 in the Partners and Sponsors presentation. Schultz was the founder of the Dave Schultz Wrestling Club and a past USA Wrestling Board member.
Bruce Anderson, a member of the UWW Medical Commission, will be featured Thursday, September 18 in a panel discussion on Healthy Training of Wrestlers.
Zach Errett, the UWW Education Manager, has a segment on Thursday, September 18 on Beach Wrestling Rules.

UWW set to host first World Conference September 17-19
ZAGREB, Croatia (September 2) --- Mijain LOPEZ (CUB), alongside fellow Olympic legends Erica WIEBE (CAN), Arsen JULFALAKYAN (ARG), Sofia MATTSSON (SWE), Marwa AMRI (TUN) and Bruce BAUMGARTNER (USA) headline the first edition of UWW’s World Conference, which will be held at the Westin Hotel in Zagreb, Croatia, September 17-19.
The three-day conference will unite leaders from National Federations, members of UWW Commissions, International Olympic Committee, ITA, Rudis, Taishan and partners to exchange expertise, address key challenges, and set the course for the future development of wrestling worldwide.
