#WomensWednesday: Life U head coach Ashley Sword on coaching college women, Beach wrestling and more

This week, we visit with Ashley Sword, head coach of the women's wrestling team at Life University. Ashley was a National Team athlete for USA Wrestling, went into "the real world" for awhile, and got back into wrestling as a coach for women's wrestling at the college level.
Ashley talks about her experience leading a college women's program and how to get more women into wrestling coaching positions. She explains the experience her Life athletes went through when the NAIA Nationals got cancelled. She also talks about representing the USA at the first World Beach Games in Qatar and how the future of this style of wrestling. She is also upbeat about her Life team for the 2020-21 season.
