Randy Couture is a true renaissance man. A former U.S. Army sergeant, six-time UFC champion and movie star, Couture has found success in just about everything he pursued. The same holds true for Couture’s collegiate wrestling career, where he was a three-time All-American and a two-time NCAA finalist for Oklahoma State.
Internationally, Couture was a four-time Greco-Roman World Team member and a 1991 Pan American Games and Pan Am Championships gold medalist. In his career, Couture placed at five Pan Am Championships, making the finals four times.
In the 1997 U.S. Open finals, Couture battled John Oostendorp, a two-time All-American for Iowa and a 1995 World Team member.
