Registration is now open for Senior Nationals in Coralville, Iowa, Oct. 9-11; get a discounted entry fee with a host hotel code

USA Wrestling has opened up the registration for the Senior Nationals, set for the new Xtream Arena & GreenState Family Fieldhouse in Coralville, Iowa, October 9-11.


With 2020-21 USA Wrestling memberships now available online, athletes will need to purchase a new membership before starting the registration process. Purchase your 2020-21 membership at usawmembership.com.


At this year’s Senior Nationals, athletes will receive a discount if they stay at one of host hotels for the competition. The entry fee with a hotel code is $80, with the entry fee without a hotel code set at $110. (Athletes must book their hotel room first and use the code provided for the discounted entry fee. Athletes should wait 24 hours after booking the hotel to receive a hotel code). The online registration deadline is Monday, October 5th at 7:00 p.m. CENTRAL time.


The host hotels for the Senior Nationals are the Coralville Marriott & Conference Center and the Drury Inn & Suites Iowa City Coralville. Click here for host hotel information and to book rooms.


There will be no on-site registration. For those who miss the online registration deadline, there will be Late Online Registration conducted online after the pre-registration deadline. Late Registration deadline is Thursday, October 8th at 7:00 pm CENTRAL time. The entry fee for late registration is $110 with Hotel Code and $140 without hotel code. Save money by registering early.

The schedule features three days of competition, which will showcase the nation’s top international-style wrestlers, competing in the three Olympic disciplines: men’s freestyle, women’s freestyle and Greco-Roman.


In the event that United World Wrestling keeps the 2020 Senior World Championships on the calendar and USA Wrestling plans to send teams, this event will most likely serve as our 2020 Senior World Team Trials. Therefore, ONLY U.S. athletes who are eligible to represent the United States may enter.


Local health and government officials have determined that the Xtream Arena is approved to have 50% capacity for fans at the Senior Nationals. That means there will be up to 2,500 seats available for spectators for this competition. Masks will be mandatory for those attending this competition.


Ticket sales are off to a strong start, so wrestling fans around the nation that would like to attend this event should order their tickets before they are sold out. Ticket sales are available by visiting www.xtreamarena.com.

• All Session Adult $45

• All Session Youth $25

• Single Day Adult $35

• Single Day Youth $15

• All Session Coaches $20 (must have current USAW Leader Membership)

• Coaches bands will only be sold online, no on-site purchases, please plan ahead. For all divisions, only coaches with a current USA Wrestling "Wrestling Leader" Membership can purchase a Coaches Floor Pass. Online Bronze certified or higher coaches can purchase a floor pass for $20.00. Deadline is Wednesday, October 7.


• Senior clubs and college programs will receive one complimentary coaches floor pass for every three athletes per style entered in the Senior Nationals. In order to receive complimentary coaches floor pass, email Jon Mor at jmor@usawrestling.org by Monday, October 5 at 5pm CT.
