Editor's Note: For the second time this fall, the Maryland Terrapins take to the road to face a top Div. I team at an outdoor dual meet. Kerry McCoy's squad flies to California to battle Jason Borrelli's Cardinal during their Football Fan Fest, prior to Stanford's football game against rival California. This is the third time that Stanford has wrestled a major dual meet in an outdoor location. It is a bit of a homecoming for McCoy, who was a head coach at Stanford before taking the Maryland job.

On Nov. 4, Maryland fell to No. 12 Rutgers at High Point Solutions Stadium, Rutgers football home, by a 27-9 margin. It was Rutgers' second straight year competing in the stadium, after facing Princeton there in 2016.

The Fan Fest gates will open to the public at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday. Stanford Wrestling is encouraging people to be sure to arrive early to accommodate for football traffic.
