Bo Nickal stops Hodge front-runner Gabe Dean in 184-pound finals

Bo Nickal defeated two-time NCAA champion and Hodge Trophy frontrunner Gabe Dean in the 184-pound finals on Saturday night with a 4-3 decision.
Dean, a senior for Cornell, scored the first takedown in the first period, but Nickal took the lead by the end of the first period with and escape and late takedown. Adding another point with an escape to open the second period, Nickal extended his lead to 4-2. Despite a few attempts, Dean was not able to score a takedown after escaping in the third, falling to sophomore Nickal, 4-3.
