Helen Maroulis met with the media after winning the gold medal at 58 kg at the 2017 World Championships in Paris, France. Maroulis dominated her weight class, winning all five of her bouts by technical fall, and not allowing a single point for the tournament. It was her third straight World or Olympic gold medal, with a 2015 World gold in Las Vegas, a 2016 Olympic gold in Rio de Janeiro and a 2017 World gold in Paris. Her victories were in three different weight classes. Maroulis now boasts five World-level medals. Cover photo by Tony Rotundo, Wrestlers Are Warriors.
