Tickets go on sale October 1 for Grapple on the Gridiron, Iowa v. Oklahoma State, outside in Kinnick Stadium

“Grapple” Tickets on Sale Beginning Oct. 1
Tickets available to general public and UI students Thursday morning
IOWA CITY, Iowa -- Single dual tickets to the “Grapple on the Gridiron” go on sale to the general public Thursday, Oct. 1.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased by contacting the UI Athletics Ticket Office over the phone at 1-800-IA-HAWKS or online at hawkeyesports.com.
Also beginning Oct. 1, University of Iowa students can reserve a ticket at no charge by logging on to their UI Athletics ticket account at hawkeyesports.com. UI students get free admission to the event, but everyone must have a ticket. All student seating is general admission, which includes a limited number of seats on the field.
The “Grapple on the Gridiron” is a never before seen wrestling event featuring Iowa and Oklahoma State, the two most successful programs in NCAA history. The teams meet outdoors at Kinnick Stadium on Nov. 14 at 11 a.m. (CT). General public tickets go on sale Thursday, Oct. 1.
The Iowa football team hosts Minnesota that night inside Kinnick Stadium at 7 p.m. Tickets are still available at the UI Athletics Ticket Office.
