Sacramento City’s Romero named Tech-Fall.com California CC Wrestler of the Week

Kaleio Romero, a redshirt freshman wrestling for Sacramento City College, has been named Tech-Fall.com California Community College Wrestler of the Week.
Currently ranked No. 1 at 157 pounds, Kaleio went 3-0 at the California Challenge this past weekend. Romero’s record this season is now 26-1, wrestling for the Panthers at both 165 and 157.
He attended Oakmont High School and finished second at the State Championships in 2014. Kaleio is coached by Head Coach David Pacheco and Associate Head Coach Walt Ulrich.
