4 USA Greco-Roman wrestlers weigh in and receive draws for start of Pan American Games

TORONTO, Canada – U.S. wrestlers Spenser Mango, Bryce Saddoris, Andy Bisek and Jon Anderson weighed in late Tuesday afternoon and received their draws for the opening of the Pan American Games competition.
The four-day wrestling event will kick off with the Greco-Roman competition on Wednesday at the Hershey Centre. Wrestling will begin at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday with the finals set for 8 p.m.
Mango, a two-time Olympian, will face the winner of Cuba’s Ismael Borrero and Colombia’s Dicther Toro in the quarterfinal round at 59 kg/130 lbs. Mango placed fifth at the 2013 and 2014 World Championships.
Borrero also placed fifth at the 2014 Worlds. He and Mango both fell in the bronze-medal bouts in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
Saddoris, a two-time World Team member, will battle Peru’s Mario Molina in the quarterfinals at 66 kg/145.5 lbs. Molina placed third in the 2015 Pan American Championships.
Bisek, a 2014 World bronze medalist, will face Venezuela’s Luis Avendano in the quarterfinals at 75 kg/165 lbs. Avendano placed fifth at the 2014 and 2015 Pan American Championships.
Anderson, second in the 2015 U.S. World Team Trials, will face Oscar Martinez of Honduras in the quarterfinals at 85 kg/187 lbs. Martinez placed seventh in the 2015 Pan American Championships. He is a two-time World Team member.
