The EIWA and Flowrestling partner to live stream 2014 EIWA Championships

PHILADELPHIA, Penn. – The Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA) and the University of Pennsylvania have announced that the 110th EIWA Championships be held March 8-9 at The Palestra will be live streams in their entirety by Flowrestling as part of its Flo Pro live streaming programming.
Every match of the tournament will be available for viewing, starting with the championship first round at 10 a.m. on March 8 and concluding with the single-mat championship finals on March 9 at 4 p.m.
“We are excited to again serve as hosts for the EIWA Championships and looking forward to Flowrestling providing our fans across the country and all over the world with a great experience,” Penn head coach Rob Eiter said. “The EIWA Championships are always a competitive and exciting event and we look forward to putting on another great show.”
The EIWA s earned 47 automatic qualifying spots for the 2014 NCAA Championships and those bids will be on the line for a record 18 competing teams at the largest EIWA Championships ever contested. Every weight will have at least three qualifiers.
"The EIWA tournament will again be one of the most exciting qualifying tournaments in the NCAA, with 18 teams and 180 wrestlers battling for a title in the historic Palestra on the University of Pennsylvania campus,” Martin Floreani, CEO of Flowrestling said. “Flowrestling is determined to give the sport of wrestling the exposure it deserves and we are excited to partner with the EIWA and Penn Athletics on adding the 2014 EIWA Wrestling Championships to the Flo Pro live schedule."
