InterMat's Andrew Hipps emerged as the expert among top international journalists who picked champions for the World Wrestling Championships, held Sept. 16-22 in Budapest, Hungary.
Hipps correctly picked eight champions.
InterMat's Tim Foley finished second with seven correct picks.
