Former Olympic Gold medalist and current USA Wrestling Freestyle Head Coach Zeke Jones participated in one of our Google+ Hangouts and had the opportunity to talk to wrestling fans just like you! He provided insight on what it takes to be Olympian and when is an appropriate age for youth to start wrestling.
"It all depends on the maturity of the kid and the understanding of the parent. It is best to start the kid out with a minimal amount of competition and work their way up to more matches as they get older."
