Northern Plains Junior/Senior Regionals at Estel Hall in Waterloo, Iowa, May 10-12

The Northern Plains Junior and Senior Regional Championships will be held in Waterloo, Iowa, from May 10-12 at a new location, Estel Hall.
The event was originally scheduled to be held in Young Arena.
This is one of the most competitive Regionals in the nation and will feature talented athletes in all divisions.
The top three place winners in each Junior Division weight class qualify above the state limit for their state's Junior National Team in the style in which they place, either freestyle or Greco-Roman.
USA Wrestling's ASICS/Vaughan Junior & Cadet National Championships are July 15-23. Additionally, all athletes must follow their respective state policies even though they may place in the top three at a Regional event.
The Senior Division is an Open tournament and does not qualify for any future events.
The current Junior age division features wrestlers born from September 1, 1992 and after as well as currently enrolled in grades 9-12.
Online registration is closed but there will be on-site registration for $35.
