New FILA document clarifies changes to wrestling rules with use of photos

FILA, the international wrestling federation, has published a new document with photos which provides additional information and clarification on the changes in the rules of international wrestling. These were received by USA Wrestling today.
FILA indicated that it is "attached a presentation regarding the strict application of the current wrestling rules." FILA requested that this information be shared with athletes, coaches and referees in our nation.

This is additional information from the rule change document which was published by FILA on December 13, 2011. These will be the rule changes in effect through the 2012 London Olympic Games.
