Kelsey Campbell advances to finals of Poland Open

POZNAN, Poland - American Kelsey Campbell has advanced to the finals of the Poland Open.
Campbell won two matches and will face Latvia's Anastasjia Grigorjeva in the women's freestyle finals at 59 kg/130 lbs. on Sunday night. Grigorjeva wonthe 2010 European Championships.
American teammates Leigh Jaynes (59 kg/130 lbs.) and Whitney Conder (51 kg/112.25 lbs.) will wrestle for the bronze.
Campbell placed fifth in the World last year and made this year's World Team. Conder made her first World Team this year.
The U.S. men's freestyle team fell short of having a finalist at the Ziolkowski International in Poland. That event was held simultaneously with the Poland Open on Sunday.
World bronze medalist Tervel Dlagnev defeated two-time World bronze medalist Ioannis Arzoumanidisof Greece before falling to Aleksei Shemarov of Belarus in the quarterfinals.
Dlagnev will receive a chance to wrestle back for a medal after Shemarov reached the finals. Shemarov beat two-time World champion Bilyal Makhov of Russia in the semifinals.
