Chuck Patten, Mark Ironside go On The Mat this week

Former Northern Iowa head wrestling coach Chuck Patten and Mark Ironside, two-time NCAA champion for the University of Iowa, will go "On the Mat" this Wednesday, September 29.
"On the Mat" is a presentation of the National Wrestling Hall of Fame Dan Gable Museum. The show can be heard live on the Internet at www.kcnzam.com or locally in Northeast Iowa each Wednesday from 5:05 - 6:00 PM CST on AM 1650, The Fan.

Patten was the head wrestling coach at the University of Northern Iowa from 1965 through 1982. His teams won NCAA Division II titles in 1975 and 1978.
Ironside was a two-time NCAA champion for the University of Iowa in 1997 and 1998. He currently serves as the color commentator for Hawkeye wrestling meets.
