Ohio wrestling volunteer Michael Kallai passed away today

Michael Kallai of Barberton, Ohio, an active wrestling volunteer in Ohio, passed away unexpectedly today while on vacation in Tennessee.
Michael has served as a public address announcer at a number of major USA Wrestling events held in Ohio, including the University Nationals/FILA Cadet Nationals in Akron, as well as this year's U.S. Open and FILA Junior Nationals in Cleveland.
Michael is the brother of Chris Kallai, who serves as the state chairperson for USA Wrestling in Ohio.
Michael Kallai served as the Police Chief in Barberton, Ohio for 13 years and worked 33 years on the police force.
