Cleveland, OH - The Norman Brothers' High School Wrestling Documentary "PINNED" has been selected for the 2010 All-Sports Los Angeles Film Festival July 9-11 in Hollywood, California.

Four-time NCAA All-American and reigning Big Ten Champion Lance Palmer will be in attendance for the screening on July 11th at 5:10 pm at the Pickford Theater in the Raleigh Films Complex at 5300 Melrose Avenue.

"This is a great opportunity for us," said co-Director/Producer Pat Norman. "We get to take our wrestling movie to the movie capital of the world. And first prize is a championship belt-- we are in it to win it!"

The film documents the senior year of two high school wrestlers in Lakewood, Ohio: Lance Palmer has already won three state titles and captains a St. Edward High School team vying for a national title. Just a few blocks away, Matt Curley hopes to be Lakewood High School's first state champion since 1959.

The movie takes you into the lives of these kids. Lance has been competing since grade school, has wrestled all around the country, pushed by a relentless father who held him back in the 8th grade and has had Lance training with bears to hone his skills. Matt lives with his mother, who struggles as she watches her son cut weight in hopes of winning a title.

The movie has already played several film festivals, including three sold out shows at the Cleveland International Film Festival, and Mike Norman is looking forward to All-Sports LA.

The movie was also screened during the 2010 U.S. Open Wrestling Championships, which was held in Cleveland.

"There are wrestlers everywhere," said Mike Norman, who wrote and co-Directed "Pinned". "We can't wait to see all the competitors, coaches and fans of the sport who will come out for the festival. Having Lance there will make it extra special. He's a menacing, powerful force on the mat, but a thoughtful guy in real life. I'm sure the audience will have questions for him in the Q and A following the screening."
