The U.S. Freestyle coaching staff put members of the World Team through a World Championship simulation earlier this week. USA Wrestling talked to Zeke Jones, Obe Blanc, Travis Paulson, Jake Herbert and J.D. Bergman about the simulation and its benefits.
This is the second year Coach Jones has come up with a World Simulation, which has wrestlers competing in four matches in an early session and then coming back to wrestle a later session to simulate the medal matches.
