Stenberg, Helton win Greco-Roman titles at Junior Pan American Championships

GUADALAJARA, Mexico - Americans Mark Stenberg and Scott Helton won Greco-Roman titles on Friday at the Pan American Junior Championships.
Stenberg, from Illinois, won a title at 96 kg/211.5 lbs. Helton, from Illinois, won a title at 120 kg/264.5 lbs.
The other four Americans - Thrasher Porcher (60 kg/132 lbs.), Tanner Andrews (66 kg/145.5 lbs.), Joshua Castellano (74 kg/163 lbs.) and Ben Provisor (84 kg/185 lbs.) - have advanced to the finals on Friday night.
