Randy Lewis and Jeff Bradley to go ‘On the Mat’ this week

1984 Olympic champion Randy Lewis and Don Bosco High School (IA) assistant wrestling coach Jeff Bradley will be radio show guests Wednesday night.
Randy Lewis was one of the most exciting and successful wrestlers in American history. After winning three high school state titles in South Dakota, he was a four-time All-American and two-time NCAA champion at the University of Iowa. A two-time Olympian, and 1984 Olympic champion in Los Angeles, Lewis will be wrestling competitively again for the first time in 17 years in the freestyle division at 163 pounds at the Northern Plains Regional tournament this Saturday at Young Arena in Waterloo, Iowa.
Jeff Bradley is known as "The Golden One" because wherever he coaches, gold championship trophies are won. Bradley has served as an assistant coach since 1997 and has helped Iowa City High, Waterloo Columbus and Don Bosco win a combined 13 traditional and dual meet high school state wrestling championships in Iowa. Bradley placed 4th in the state tournament as a senior in high school senior for LeMars (IA) at 185 pounds in 1982 and wrestled collegiately for Northwest Missouri and University of Northern Iowa.
