Mark Matzek, head wrestling coach at Augsburg College, will be the featured Wrestling 411 Radio guest this Tuesday, May 12 at 10 a.m.
During the spring and summer months, Wrestling 411 Radio will broadcast live shows on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 10 a.m. CDT. Each show will include a featured guest and brief commentary on the recent happenings in wrestling.
This Tuesday's edition of Wrestling 411 Radio will air at 10 a.m. CDT. The show can be heard live by visiting www.wrestling411.tv and clicking on the "Listen Live" link. An archive of the broadcast will be available immediately following the show.
Mark Matzek, who completed his first year at Augsburg as the interim head wrestling coach, was recently named the permanent head coach at his alma mater. During his interim year at Augsburg, Matzek led the Auggies to a first place finish at the NWCA National Duals and a second place finish at the NCAA tournament.
Augsburg won 10 NCAA team titles under former head coach and current athletic director Jeff Swenson.
