REMINDER: U.S. Nationals to air TONIGHT May 6 on ESPNU at 9 p.m. ET

USA Wrestling has been informed that the 2009 Las Vegas/ASICS United States National Wrestling Championships will be aired on the ESPN family of channels.
ESPNU will broadcast a 90-minute show from the men's freestyle championship finals, with highlights from the Greco-Roman and women's freestyle finals.
The show will air on ESPNU on Wednesday, May 6 at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time.
ESPN2 will also air the show on two other occasions.
* The first ESPN2 airdate is Monday, May 11 at 8:00 p.m. Eastern time
* The second ESPN2 airdate is Sunday, June 21 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time

The Las Vegas/ASICS United States National Wrestling Championships were held at the Las Vegas Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nev., April 9-11.
Serving as the play-by-play announcer for both U.S. Nationals shows is veteran broadcaster Van Stokes. Also on the broadcast team providing color commentary are Olympic champion Rulon Gardner and USA Wrestling National Teams Director Mitch Hull. Joe Miller conducted athlete interviews matside during the show.
In addition, the guest commentator for the 60 kg/132 lbs. men's freestyle match was 2008 Olympic champion Henry Cejudo.
All seven of the men's freestyle finals matches are show, with five of the bouts covered in their entirety. There are also highlights packages from the finals of both the women's freestyle and the Greco-Roman competitions.

55 kg/121 lbs. - Nick Simmons (Corvallis, Ore./Sunkist Kids)
60 kg/132 lbs. - Mike Zadick (Solon, Iowa/Gator WC)
66 kg/145.5 lbs. - Trent Paulson (Lincoln, Neb./Sunkist Kids)
74 kg/163 lbs. - Travis Paulson (Lincoln, Neb./Sunkist Kids)
84 kg/185 lbs. - Jake Herbert (Wexford, Pa./New York AC)
96 kg/211.5 lbs. - Jake Varner (Bakersfield, Calif./Sunkist Kids)
120 kg/264.5 lbs. - Steve Mocco (Coralville, Iowa/New York AC)
This is the first year of the new Olympic four-year cycle, and many young stars are making their mark on the road to the 2012 Olympic Games in London, England.
In all three divisions, the top seven placewiners at the U.S. National Championships qualified for the 2009 World Team Trials in Council Bluffs, Iowa, May 30-31.
