USA Wrestling release current 2008-2009 U.S. Future Olympian Rankings

The rankings have been constantly updated through the completion of the USA Wrestling Folkstyle Tour of America Series. Wrestlers in each division and weight class should be prepared to add to their point totals as we approach USA Wrestling's most popular folkstyle event, the ASICS Folkstyle National Championships, being held on April 3-5 in Cedar Falls, Iowa.

The U.S. Future Olympian Ranking program is designed to recognize the performance of America's most talented wrestlers, based upon actual results in major USA Wrestling events.

Included in the point system will be USA Wrestling events in the following age-group divisions: Intermediate, Novice, Schoolboy, Middle School, Cadet and Junior. In each age division, specific national and regional events in freestyle, Greco-Roman and folkstyle wrestling will be used to score points.
