The USA Wrestling Middle School and Elementary Folkstyle National Championships, presented by FAWA at Walt Disney World Resort will be held March 13-14, 2009 at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort near Orlando, Fla. This exciting new event offers a quality national tournament for youth wrestlers across the nation.

There will be two age-groups participating in this new national event:
Elementary School: Enrolled in Grades 3rd, 4th or 5th
Middle School: Athletes must be born in 1994 - 1997 and must be in grades 6th through 8th. Note: 5th grade and 9th grade wrestlers are not eligible for the Middle School Division. It is possible for a 9th grader to be born in 1994; however, we do not allow 9th graders born in 1994 to compete in the Middle School Division. For Middle School participants, a copy of the wrestler`s birth certificate will be required at registration.
There will be registration and weigh-in for pre-registered athletes and walkups on Friday, March 13 from 7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The registration and weigh-in on Saturday March 14 will be for pre-registered athletes only, and will be held from 8:00 a.m. - 8:10 a.m. The competition will begin on Saturday, March 14 at 10:00 a.m. and will be run until conclusion.
