National Junior Duals underway in Oklahoma City

The 2009 USA Wrestling Junior National Dual Meet Championships began with the Greco-Roman competition on Wednesday, June 24.
Illinois is the returning champion in both freestyle and Greco-Roman at the National Duals, a feat which it accomplished in both 2007 and 2008.
Last year, Illinois defeated California, 45-18 in the Greco-Roman finals, then stopped Iowa, 33-27 in the freestyle finals.
