Brazil team named for judo dual vs. USA during session break at Grappling Worlds Sunday

Brazil Lineup Announced for USA vs. Brazil Team Competition, Dec. 13 in Fort Lauderdale
(Colorado Springs, Colo.) - USA Judo is pleased to announce the names of the five members of Team Brazil that will compete against players from the United States in a USA vs. Brazil team competition at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Broward County Convention Center in Fort Lauderdale, Fla.
The Brazilian squad is led by Guilherme Luna, the 2008 Pan American Champion in the 81kg division. In what could be one of the most exciting matches of the event, Luna will face off against three-time Pan Am Champion Ryan Reser (Colorado Springs, Colo. / USA Judo National Training Site at the Olympic Training Center / Boulder Judo Training Center) who moved up from 73kg to 81kg after the 2008 Olympic Games.
Tickets are available at the door. Prices are $20 for adults, $10 for Seniors (65 and older) and $10 for Youth (15 and under). Tickets will include admission to both the dual meet as well as the gi division of the World Grappling Championships which will be held at 9 a.m.
