With the World Grappling Championships set to kick off on Saturday, U.S. Grappling coach Ricardo Liborio is getting his team ready for competition.
Liborio, training out of his facility at American Top Team in Coconut Creek, Fla., held a light practice on Thursday morning to help fine-tune technique and help get the grapplers' weight down.
