74 kg/163 lbs. - T.C. Dantzler (Colorado Springs, Colo./Gator WC)

"I wound up giving up a point in the last period for that technical foul. They said I was closed too long, and that changed the whole dynamics of the match. Instead of it being 1-1, he was up 2-0 and I needed a three-point move to win because he got a technical point. They said I needed to open up on bottom."

"Give him credit. He was just better than me today. I wasn't quite right out there for some reason."

"It's been a great experience here. Hats off to the USOC for giving us everything we need to compete here."

66 kg/145.5 lbs. - Jake Deitchler (Anoka, Minn./Minnesota Storm)

"It hurts really bad. I worked really hard to prepare for this tournament. It definitely hurts."

"He got two nice throws in there. I wasn't really that worried because I usually get beat in the first period anyway. It didn't really bother me. I just knew I had to win the second period. It's frustrating, but you have to move on."

"I was right there with a 3-0 lead. I stopped wrestling for a second and he took advantage of the position and scored. I should have wrestled smarter and been more defensive."

"I'll move on from this and grow from it. This is my first international tournament on the Senior level. I'll continue to work hard and get better, and hopefully I'll get another shot in London in 2012."

U.S. Greco-Roman assistant coach Brandon Paulson (Anoka, Minn.)

"We actually had him where we wanted him. We wanted to start out fast, but it didn't surprise me that he lost the first period. After he lost the flip in the second period, I knew we could score if we got in the top position last. He went out and scored points on top, but he made a mistake after that. It was a small mistake, but at the Olympics you can't wrestle with small mistakes."

"Jake's hurting right now. Jake came here to win. He came here expecting to win."

"He's always thinking about scoring. Maybe it's because he's inexperienced and hasn't been in that position enough to know. When he gets on the mat more, he's going to learn that position. He's going to work his butt off to get back here and win it because that's kind of kid he is. This experience will motivate him even more to win."
