Michaela Hutchison named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for Jan. 24-30

Michaela Hutchison (Soldotna, Alaska/Oklahoma City University) has been named TheMat.com Wrestler of the Week for Jan. 24-30.
Each week, TheMat.com will select an Athlete of the Week, based upon performance within wrestling for that week. The selection committee will consider any level of wrestling, from youth programs through the Senior level.
Hutchison won the 123-pound title at the WCWA Women's College Nationals on Saturday in Bristol, Tenn.
Hutchison won her third WCWA title after defeating defeated freshman Sarah Hildebrandt of King College, 2-1, 1-0 in the finals.
Hutchison was one of six champions crowned by team champion Oklahoma City. She made the finals for the fourth time in this event.
