USA Wrestling Job Opportunity: Customer Service Representative

USA Wrestling is seeking to add three Customer Service Representatives to provide direct customer service support to USA Wrestling’s event management software, USA Bracketing.

The Customer Service Representative roles are region-specific, remote and part-time positions. Opportunities are available in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone, the U.S. Central Time Zone and California.

• Customer Service Representative – Part Time - Eastern Time
• Customer Service Representative – Part Time - Central Time
• Customer Service Representative – Part Time - California

This role involves learning and maintaining expert-level knowledge of our event management software to provide high-quality, real-time, hands-on support to our members who use the software to manage their tournaments. The Customer Service Representative will ensure quality service is provided with every customer interaction.
