COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado (March 6, 2025) – USA Wrestling is proud to announce a new partnership with the Champions League of American Wrestling (CLAW), an emerging professional wrestling league launching in 2025. This collaboration provides wrestlers with a groundbreaking opportunity to compete at the highest level while growing the sport’s reach and fan engagement.
CLAW introduces a structured, season-based format featuring an annual draft, free agency, and playoffs, creating new pathways for athletes to transition from amateur to professional wrestling. With a focus on high-intensity competition and fan-friendly rule modifications, CLAW is set to reshape the professional wrestling landscape.
“USA Wrestling is pleased to partner with CLAW, the exciting new wrestling promotion that promises to provide wrestling fans with some great new content. We are grateful for the investment and efforts to continue to promote our great sport,” said Rich Bender, Executive Director of USA Wrestling.
CLAW will be the title sponsor for the 2025 CLAW U.S. Open Championships being held April 23-27 in Las Vegas, Nev.
