USA Wrestling’s Age-Group World and Pan American Team Selection Procedures now posted

USA Wrestling has posted its 2024 Age-Group Selection procedures at the U15, U17, U20 and in all three disciplines: men’s freestyle, Greco-Roman and women’s freestyle.

They are available on USA Wrestling’s website TheMat.com, under the Team USA tab, on the Team Selection Criteria page.

Each of these procedures have gone through the appropriate Sport Committee, and have been approved by USA Wrestling’s Executive Committee.

• 2024 U20 Pan Am Selection and World Team Procedures – Women
• 2024 U20 Pan Am Selection and World Team Procedures – Greco-Roman
• 2024 U20 Pan Am Selection and World Team Procedures – Men’s Freestyle
• 2024 U23 World Team Procedures – Women
• 2024 U23 World Team Procedures – Greco-Roman
• 2024 U23 World Team Procedures – Men’s Freestyle

Athletes, coaches and families are encouraged to read and download the appropriate age-group procedures on the Team Selection Criteria page of USA Wrestling’s website.

Making a U.S. age-group World Championships team or Pan American team can be an amazing experience for talented and motivated young wrestlers. All are encouraged to enter the appropriate qualifying events this year and become an age-group member of Team USA.
