2024 U.S. Open set for South Point Hotel in Las Vegas, April 24-28; Registration open & hotels almost sold out – book rooms today

USA Wrestling is once again hosting the 2024 Pritchard Company U.S. Open, which is returning to the South Point Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, April 24-28. This premier multi-age event on the national schedule returns to one of top sports and tourist locations on the planet.
The event will feature the national tournaments for the U20 (MFS, GR), U17 (MFS, GR), U15 (MFS, GR), UWW Futures (MFS, GR), Girls High School National Recruiting Showcase and Masters divisions. This year, due to the Olympic Games schedule, there will not be Senior division at the Open.
As in past years, the U.S. Open is one of the largest, most competitive and most prestigious events on the annual wrestling schedule.

Registration for all divisions are open and will run through April 22.

The Age Group National Tournaments at the Pritchard Company U.S. Open will serve as a qualifier for the World Team Trials and Pan American Championships. For more information, check out Team USA World selection criteria
The Girls National High School Recruiting Showcase returns for the third year. This event is in freestyle wrestling, which is the collegiate style for women, and will be watched closely by college coaches and recruiters. To qualify, a wrestler must meet the following criteria.
- All High School Associations State Champions (any year)
- 2023-2024 High School State Placers
- National Prep Champions (any year)
- Placer at NHSCA Virginia Beach High School Nationals (any year)
- 2023, 2024 USA Wrestling National All-American Placer 1st-8th: (Preseason Nationals, Boys and Girls National High School Recruiting Showcase, Women’s Freestyle Nationals, Girls and Boys Folkstyle Nationals, and 16u/ Junior Nationals)
- 2022/2023/2024 UWW U15 and U17 National Placer (Must be currently enrolled in High School)
In order to gain access to the competition floor, coaches must have a USA Wrestling Leader membership card and Bronze or higher coaches certification. Coach credentials can only be ordered online using the USA Wrestling membership system. Plan ahead due to the membership and background check requirements. Advance coaches registration is important because all credentials will be produced prior to the event with headshots of each accredited coach.
